Private Personal Training
You will receive private one-on-one personal training service with a detailed program specific to your needs and goals. Included with private training you will receive a detailed fitness assessment addressing strengths and weaknesses in flexibility, whole body and core strength, as well as body mechanics. From this analysis we can create a personalized program to correct your weaknesses while building strength and endurance and getting you to your ultimate fitness goals. Included in this program is in-depth coaching on healthy living and holistic nutrition. Our programming is the most effective and detailed for our private training compared to the other services offered.
Partner Personal Training
Motivate your friend or significant other to commit to a fitness program with you and save! If you need extra motivation to get you excited about working out or just would like to cut back on expenses partner training is an excellent option. You will still receive a detailed fitness assessment at the beginning of the program however, the program designed will try to accommodate both partner’s needs so it isn’t as personalized. You must have similar goals and fitness levels for an appropriate fitness program that challenges you and your partner safely. In addition, you will both be coached individually on healthy eating and lifestyle habits.
Group Fitness Training
Get together a group of friends for training at the park, beach, or studio. Keep each other motivated, socialize and have fun all while burning calories. Group training is a great alternative to private training. It allows for you to get the hands-on attention and motivation from a fitness professional while allowing for some fun social interaction with others. So get your friends together, the more in a group the less it costs per individual. Workouts are designed for the whole group and do not include an in-depth fitness assessment or individualized nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Maximum of 5 to a group.
