Weight Loss Program Details
- Six-week program led by Sarah Ray, OnRamp Fitness Director.
- Assessment including resting metabolic rate test, body weight, body fat percentage and girth measurements.
- Consultation and personalized physical activity program design with a professional fitness trainer.
- Individual nutrition consultation.
- Twelve small group training sessions. Two per week, Thursday/Saturday; 60 minutes each.
- Twelve nutrition education sessions led by your nutritionist at the end of each training session.
- Reassessment at the conclusion of the program.
